They are the WORST! linksys customer service tried their hardest to waer me down when I was trying to get a replacement router... I had to stay on the lone for about an house and endue the same questions over and over... being put on hold for about 10 min 10 times! You could totally tell they were just hoping I was going to get frustrated and hang up or that my cell battery would die. And to boot... you can barly hear them! Their phone system totally STINKS! This is the last time they will get my business... it's sad.
