Linksys is FAR from redeemed in my humble opinion. I can't start to list the assorted issues I have encountered with Linksys, but they include horribly long telephone waits, inaccurate and incorrect solutions to issues, useless email tech support, and web based applications which are supposed to seamlessly cure your problem which simply do not work. My simple thought is that I would prefer to do business with a vendor which VALUES my business, and I surely get the impression that Linksys does not value it. Thus far, my best experiences (and they are not stellar) have been with the folks who support Netgear.
